The property has a secluded peaceful setting. In 2500 square metres of well tended, established gardens with colourful flowers,vegetable patches, local trees and fruit trees that heave with seasonal fruit. The green of the surrounding banana plantations enhances the lush, verdant environment.
The villa has one twin and one double bedroom, both air-conditioned and with ceiling fans, one with en suite shower/wc. There is an additional bathroom with bath and shower. The large open plan living room with sofa-bed also encompasses a fully fitted kitchen and dining area.
This attractive house, designed to incorporate much of the honey-coloured local stone, is situated in a mixed residential/agricultural area. Coral Bay and the small fishing harbour of Aghios Georgios are each 5 minutes' drive away.
Outside is a large verandah (along three sides of the house), barbecue, traditional wood fired Cyprus oven, swimming pool (10m x 5m and a depth of 1.2m to 2.5m), shower and paved areas with a naturally shaded area for car parking.
