I joined Baldwins Travel in 2016 after spending 12 years at Kuoni. Travel has always been a huge passion of mine, spending summer family holidays abroad and skiing in Europe. I took gap years teaching in Tanzania and working in New Zealand for a year. Working in travel has taken me to some fantastic destinations including Australia, Cook Islands, Maldives, Mauritius, South Africa and Namibia.

I was very excited to join Baldwins Travel in April 2022. Having previously worked for a large high street travel agency for 12 years, I took a break to have my children. It was a great opportunity to get back to the job I love doing. Which is finding your perfect holiday! The travel industry is ever changing and I really enjoy that every day is different. Ive been lucky enough to travel extensively around the Med and particularly enjoy researching holidays to Florida.

My 3 favourite destinations are Florida, Greece & Turkey

This year I have booked a UK break with my little family on the South Coast.

I’ve worked in travel since leaving school, I had a few years working for a tour operator and then returned to being a travel agent for that face to face direct contact with customers, I’ve re-joined Baldwins Travel in Uckfield again after a short break in the travel industry.

Travel has been part of my upbringing having lived in Germany for many years and taking many family holidays around the world, thanks to my Dad who worked for an airline.

I’ve been to many North American destinations including Orlando, Las Vegas, New York and San Franciso as well as relaxing on the beautiful Caribbean beaches of Barbados, St Lucia and Antigua.

Closer to home holidays in Europe are on my agenda at the moment, with recently visiting Cyprus, Lake Garda, Malta, Fuerteventura, Lanzarote, Tenerife, Rome and Krakow to name a few.

My travel hack – avoid the hassle of taking lots of plug adaptors on holiday by bringing a single extension cable instead !!

I joined Baldwins in August 2023. I come from a background in retail management. I developed a big passion for travel during a trip to Rome in 2015.  I have visited many European destinations, but I have also travelled further afield to places such as Egypt and Jordan.

My top travel moments include watching the Eiffel Tower light show, wandering round Petra, hiking across Santorini  (Oi to Fira) and eating yummy foods such as Chimney cake and Polish Pierogis whist Interrailing round Europe in 2016.
