Meet The Team
Kim Lacey
I have worked in travel since 1975, working in Sussex, London and Kent, and joined Baldwins Travel as the Retail Manager in 2001. I am still passionate about travelling and enjoy leading a successful experienced travel team in helping our clients to plan authentic experiences in far-flung places, or a well deserved beach and flop holiday in the sunshine.
Clare Meakins
I have worked in travel all of my working life and I really do think that I have the best job. After starting my career with a multiple travel agent, I relocated to Kent and started working for Baldwins Travel in January 2016. I have been lucky enough to work in both our Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells branch and love the diversity in my career that has brought me. Since working here, I have been very lucky to have travelled to Mauritius and South Africa and stayed in some of the most beautiful hotels.

Working for Baldwins Travel was my first job after leaving school.
I had a break when my children were little but have been back now for 29 years. Doesn’t time fly when you are enjoying yourself!!
Tyler Vockel
I was born in San Francisco and spent most of my life living and travelling within the United States. It has always been a dream of mine to live abroad, and my adventures around Europe eventually landed me at Baldwin’s doorstep in 2021. I am passionate about travel, and I delight in helping others experience the world and broaden their horizons. Whether you want a life-changing experience in a strange, foreign land, or a week away from it all soaking in the sun, I am committed to helping you find the holiday you’re looking for.
Gill Lane
I have always enjoyed travel and studied it for many years. I worked for a high street agency for 2 years where I then left to have my family. Travel has always been a part of my life and I’ve always been the designated family travel agent. I am very excited to be returning to the industry, especially with an amazing company like Baldwins Travel.
My 3 favourite destinations are Italy, Greece & Spain.
My dream destination would be to stay at Disney Aulani Resort in Hawaii.
My best ever holiday was in Italy in 2019. It was our first big family holiday and my children’s first time on a plane.
